NXSW is a commercial AI film and hybrid VFX studio. This policy describes what nxswstudio.com collects and what we do with it. It covers the marketing site, the inquiry form, the filmography, and the capabilities deck. A separate agreement covers any production work we take on.
Information you send us
The inquiry form asks for:
- Name
- Project type
- The message you write
Before the form is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission is from a person rather than an automated sender. Turnstile receives technical data about the browser, including IP address, for that check.
A valid inquiry is delivered to the studio in Telegram so we can read it and reply. We use it to respond about fit and next steps. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile. The site has no accounts and no newsletter.
We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of it. Email contact@nxsw.ai if you want the information you sent corrected or deleted.
Information collected while you browse
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection data, including IP address, to deliver the site and to protect it.
We measure the site with Umami, hosted by us at umami.nxswstudio.com. Umami records page views and a few events, such as opening the showreel or the capabilities deck. A page view includes the page address, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and an approximate location derived from the IP address. Umami does not use an advertising cookie.
The same Umami host also runs a session replay script. On recorded visits it stores how the page was used, including mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling, so we can see where the site is hard to use. Text typed into form fields is masked in those recordings. Recordings stay on our Umami server for a short period, about 30 days, and are not used for advertising.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Google receives that request, including IP address, under its own policies. The homepage showreel is a YouTube embed. When that player loads, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect data under Google's policies.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising on this site, and we do not use Google Analytics, Facebook, X, or LinkedIn pixels.
Security
We use ordinary technical safeguards, including HTTPS and bot checks on the inquiry form. No transmission or storage on the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that it is.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
